How it works

I was in the market for a new countertop filter and saw this online. I LOVE the Bobble bottle, so when I saw the pitcher I was so excited I bought 2, one for home and one for my office.

The picture looks great, even though it's a bit thin. The problem is that there is no resevoir for the incoming water to go into, so you have to put your faucet in the slowest possible trickle so as not to overflow it. Then you have to stand at the sink while it fills, which sometimes takes more than 5 minutes. Between work and home I'm spending between 10 and 20 min. a day waiting for one of these things to fill.

The other design flaw is the lid. The hinged piece that covers the pour spout doesn't open and close properly, so water spills everywhere when you pour. So I take the lid off every time I pour. Far too troublesome for a product that's supposed to make your life easier.
