Product Feature
- Powerfully filters regular tap water using Brita pitcher filters. Save hundreds of dollars a year when you stop buying water bottles. Keep your room uncluttered without those bulky bottles
- No plumber installation required, the filter works with a standard 5 gallon water bottle. Just refill at your sink when empty.
- Self cleans several times a day using reactive oxygen technology. The unstable oxygen rips bacteria apart and keeps the cooler clean from biofilm, and murky off tastes.
- Glacial Chill technology uses a ring of ice to keep water at a steady temperature just above freezing, making a refreshingly chilly glass of water. Produces 1.6 gallons of icy cold water per hour.
- HotBoost technology injects preheated water into the hot tank, maintaining a very high average temperature. Produces 1.4 gallons of piping hot water per hour.
Product Description
Save $354 a year, stop buying water bottles!
Having clean water is essential, but can get expensive. Delivered bottles cost about $8 a piece, and at the common four bottles a month, that adds up to a significant $384 a year.
Our Water Filter Professional Bottom Loading Water Cooler uses a Brita pitcher filter and plain tap water instead of having to buy bottled water. At four bottles filtered a month, the cost is an affordable $30 a year; a hefty savings of $354.
With a normal cooler, you need to store a month's supply of bottles, arrange for deliveries, or lug them home from the grocery store. A filtering water cooler is the perfect solution.
Unlike normal filtering coolers, our Water Filter Cooler uses the highly effective Brita pitcher filters to clean your water. Just fill the bottles up with tap water and place in the bottom of the cooler. There is no need to hire plumbers for installation. And with no permanent plumbing hookup, you have the freedom to move the cooler where you like.
To keep your water tasting fresh over years, the cooler automatically cleans itself using unstable oxygen self cleaning technology. This kills bacteria and prevents the buildup of bacteria biofilm that develops in normal coolers that aren't cleaned regularly.
Glacial Professional Grade water coolers consistently outperform other commercial grade water coolers in both cooling and heating temperatures, as well as lifespan.
Professional Grade Benefits

Glacial Filtering & Self Cleaning Stainless Base Load Water Cooler with Hot & Cold Review
The product works very well, the problem is the setup and instructions:
PRO
1. Ice cold water
2. ozone cleaning every 4 hours
3. Well constructed housing.
CON
1. Badly written instructions, the owner manual and the quick start guide is different, these instructions should have been written and tested on someone with a better grasp of american english. I have spent a lot of time with people, where english was their second language, and they could write a lot better than what is in this manual. They start off by telling you the steps you need to follow, starting with step 1, and then in sub text they describe the complete process, then in step 2 they repeat the steps from the begining of step one, making you think that you missed some previous instruction.
2. The filter setup is not even addressed in the entire owner manual, they assume you know how to set it up, if you do not attach the filter cover before you start cleaning or use the water cooler for the first time, you will have a lot of water spilling into the inside of the cooler, this is done by pulling down the filter assembly and screwing on the water filter cover, if you want to use filter water you must uncrew the cover first then install the filter, then screw the cover back together then screw this assembly into the filter housing, then push it back into the vertical position.
3. The manual does not tell you what specific type of filter to use, it is implied in the order decription that you can use a brita pitcher filter, and you should change it every 90 days or 15 bottles of water, the problem with this statement is that all single brita filters must be changed every 60 days or 40 gallons of water, there are no 90 days (single filter) brita filters.
I gave this water cooler 3 stars which is a stretch, I wanted to be fair, this is a good watercooler, but the instructions take away from the quality and performance of the unit. I would recommend that the maker of this unit rewrite the manual, and discuss filter setup and use in a filtering based watercooler.
