I've been using these dechlorinators now for 20 years. I used to have a Koi pond and invariably, I would forget when filling it. Thanks to the fact that the hose was connected to this filter, I never lost a fish. Every hose in my garden has one and I have now added the prefilter as well. You really want to preserve all the microbes in your soil. Do them a favor and take out the chlorine!

Sta-Rite Industries K4-R "OmniFilter" Water Filter Tank O-Ring, Cd/4 Review

I haven't actually used these yet, as I ordered them to have on hand for later when I need replacements. I cannot get these locally. I can say that they came reasonably fast, well packed and look good. If there is any problem with them when I use any of them, I will come back for an update. BTW, the o-rings are all about the same size. In the picture, they look different, but in person, not much. There are blue ones and black ones, and my understanding is that they are slightly different. Time will tell, and I will note better in an update.

This item came and we definitely refurbished which is not my preference for a water filter. I might expect this from a third party, but not from Amazon. I checked the item details again and do not see that this item was refurbished, so even if it says it somewhere, it shouldn't be that hard to find.
