I was really hoping this product would work, since I hadn't changed filters in a long time. When I tested my original filter, I was still at 100 ppm, when wasn't bad. In fact, I was kind of jazzed about what new filters could do.

Installation wasn't bad, though the membrane needed a lot of lubricant and hard twisting to get it to fit into the housing.

Now three weeks later and a lot of flushing, the water quality is more than 3x worse, and WORSE than my regular tap water. I only wish I knew for sure which of the pieces were failing so that I could just replace that one. Instead, I'm going to have to test them individually...a huge pain when it should have just worked correctly in the first place.
