I was very happy with this company until greed set in. Why not leave a great thing alone? The new design of the filters has made them not last near as long so they have to be bought more often.
I didn't appreciate the deception of the recycle program. They say that they will give you a "coupon" for each two filters you return and even ask you to check the recycle form from a list of where you would most likely buy the filters. What you really get is a code emailed to you that can only be used at their site. Bed Bath and Beyond lets you combine their coupons with others, so I'm out of luck now. Hmmm. The new filters clog, have damage to the plastic on the top where it has been reused, don't look clean, and have bits of filter material float out of the top when you add water. Bad business practice.
