This kind of filter is easy to hook up and replace.I bought this one to modify my GE reverse osmosis system.
The reason I modified my reverse osmosis system is the waste of wafer.
It is a 4 to 1 unit meaning that it takes 4 gallons of city water to produce 1
gallon of purified water and dumping 3 gallons to the sewer.
I hooked it in serial with other 2 large filters in the reverse osmosis system.
They produces a fresh, clean, ordorless water that I can use for cooking, drinking.
The clean wafer come out instantly every time I need. It's more than sufficient.
It's been running for about a month w/o any issue or concern at all.
