I gave the vendor 5 stars because he was professional and understanding. My package was severely delayed due to the holiday season. However, the vendor was kind enough to reimbursement me $50 for the frustration.

The product itself is solid, included was exactly what was in the product description. The filter works great and is pretty big. (King size) After you follow the directions of installation of filters it is essentially ready to use. I have tried the color dye test recommended in the book and it has passed.
