The PurestOne (tm) UC-1 UnderCounter Water Purifier Filter System. Save, Save, Save! Review

I used this in my kitchen for a water dispenser. I actually bought a different faucet along with a water heater so I have both cool and hot filtered water coming out of the dispenser. Hope it extends the life of my water heater.

One item to note. Be sure to install it where you can move it into a bucket when changing the filter. It comes apart and all the water spills.

The flow of the water is very adequate for filling mugs and getting some cool filtered water to drink.

I really liked the specs for the filter as it appears to do so well I felt comfortable not buying a reverse osmosis unit, which is what I originally thought I would do. I didn't like the waste water of the osmosis unit too.
